Aims and Objectives of Quality Control Improvement of quality Reduction of scrap and rework Efficient use of men and machines Economy in use of materials Removing production bottle-necks Decreased inspection costs Reduction in cost per unit Scientific evaluation of quality and production Quality caution at all levels Reduction in customer complaints To decide about the standard of quality of a product that is easily acceptable to the customer To check the variation during manufacturing To prevent the poor quality product reaching to customer

4. Scope of the study This research will only speak to or consider product quality control. This research will focus on selection of materials, processing method, packaging, methods of storage distribution. This research will lead to identification and successful application of various universal of quality control ( e.g. Process Capability, Pareto Principal, Quality Cost Analysis, Control Charts for Variables and Attributes, Precontrol Chart, Acceptance Sampling Plan and so on.) This research will not be responsible for any comments of pros and cons of the whole product.

5. Implementation Program To study the quality control with theory, and research book. To make case study and analyze these system in appropriate production plant.
