5. Natural Phenomenon: The greenhouse effect is a natural process that warms the Earth's surface. Gases Involved: Greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide (co₂), methane (CH4), and water vapour (H20), trap heat from the sun in the Earth's atmosphere. Warming Effect: This trap heat keeps the Earth's temperature within a range suitable for life, making it warmer than it would be without the green- house effect.

7. Acid rain can be extremely harmful to forests. • Acid rain that seeps into the ground can dissolve nutrients.Eg : Magnesium and calcium. • This is needed for trees to be healthy. • The difficulty for trees is when Acid rain releases into the soil it's hard for trees to take it up.
