Storage and service hangers occupy
more space of Terminal area.
Shape of hanger should cover minimum
land area and provide adequate space
for storage.
For small aircrafts , T-shaped hanger is
most desirable and economic design

Its important to observe that the area
should be large to accommodate different
aircrafts.
Minimum clearance of 0.30 meters.
For bigger aircrafts –nose hangers are
provided
where, front part of aircraft is covered
back portion was exposed
This is economical and maintenance work
will be easy.
