2. Introduction This activity tracker is to monitor the day to day activities of the on-the-ground efforts leading to setup the Nokia Centre of Excellence for Skill development at ITI, Kubernagar , Ahmedabad. The process followed has been outlined briefly and is provided below: Main Lab ( Nokia Centre of Excellence for Skill Development ) Setting up administrative and technical facilities at the Centre of Excellence Mobilization of students Affiliation of the Centre Start of the Batches

3. Mobilization The mobilization activities are continue by sending bulk SMS and Emails to the students. Seminars have been held in nearby colleges and ITI to increase awareness and enrolment in these courses. Distribution of leaflets at numerous sites, such as job fairs, newspaper distribution, and door-to-door delivery The PPT includes all the activities along with the pictures

4. 10 th April- 20 th April 2023 Hired specialists for lab design and gate construction to assist with the planning and execution. Some construction and installation of the lab setup and main gate according to the approved plans. Ensured that the work is carried out by skilled contractors. Measured the dimensions of the lab and ensured that the layout of the lab allows for easy movement and access to equipment and resources.

5. 28 th April 2023 Calculated the number of chairs and tables needed based on the maximum capacity of the room and arranged it accordingly at the Lab.

6. 1 st May- 10 th May 2023 Utilization of space at the main entrance of Mega ITI and work on setting up of two cabins in this area. Measuring the available space at the main entrance to determine the exact dimensions and layout. Setting up two cabins in this area to serve various purposes, such as information desk, or administrative work.

7. 11 th May- 20 th May 2023 Hired an Electrician to install and connect all wiring, circuits, and outlets required for the center's equipment and lighting. Determine the power requirements for the center considering the number of smart devices, computers, lighting fixtures, and other electrical equipment. Ensured that the electrical panel is appropriately sized to accommodate the expected load. Installation of power outlets at each table to provide easy access for charging smart devices and laptops. Thoroughly tested all electrical connections, outlets, and devices to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.

8. 20-22 nd May 2023 Installation of the indoor and outdoor components of the AC system, connecting refrigerant lines, installing electrical wiring, and ensured proper ventilation.

9. 30 th May 2023 Ensured that the TVs and LED screens are securely mounted on walls, checked their cables and TV remotes. Connected Laptop to the Smart TV to check screen share and proper functioning of the device.

10. 1 st June- 15 th June 2023 Engaged with a graphic designer to create a impactuful visual identity of the Centre. Worked with the designer to create branding elements, color schemes, typography, and visual motifs that resonate with our center's identity.

11. 15 th -20 th June 2023 We coordinated with the vendor for effective designs for our branding. Effective brandings at our cabins in the main entrance. The standees were developed and printed, ensured the quality of the materials used.

12. 20-25 th June 2023 Identified locations and measured the dimensions of the areas like exterior entrances, lobby areas, corridors, and walls for branding.

13. 20 th -30 th June 2023 Created a database of students from ITIs, colleges, and schools for mobilization and conducting mass emails, SMS, and calling campaigns to reach a wide audience Identified bulk SMS platform and sent SMS to the students. Keeping records of calls made, responses and follow-up actions

14. 1 st- 3 rd July 2023 Designed and printed leaflets in the local language which can be easily understood and accessible to the target audience in nearby areas. The leaflets covers the brief overview of all the courses along with the registration details and contact information. Identified the nearby ITIs, colleges, coaching centres and contacted the authorities for the permission to conduct the seminar and leaflet distribution.

15. 5 th July 2023 Himangshu Singh from C4i4 (The Centre for Industry 4.0) visited our Centre of Excellence.

16. 7 th July 2023 Team from Asian Development Bank along with ACS Ms. Anju Sharma Ma’am and Director DET Ms. Gargi Jain visited our Centre of Excellence.

17. 10 th July 2023 Mr. Nitin Komowar from Grok Learning Pvt Ltd visited our Centre of Excellence They have developed IoT labs all over India. Showed interest in collaboration with the Government departments.

18. 11 th July 2023 Poonam Mishra and Amit Acharya from Reliance Power Limited visited our Centre of Excellence.

19. 12 th to 16 th July 2023 Preparation for an inauguration ceremony and coordinating with vendors for setting up a lab. Sent invitations to the guests from Government department and Corporates. Developing detailed program for the inauguration ceremony

20. 17 th July 2023 An Inauguration ceremony was held to officially open the NOKIA-TSSC Center of Excellence for Skill Development.

21. 29 th July 2023 Students from various ITIs/Polytechnic/Engineering colleges have attended the Semicon Event happened in Gandhinagar. Our team distributed leaflets to these students.

22. 11 th August 2023 As the part of mobilization activity, leaflets were distributed and the courses were explained to the students who participated in the Job Fair at Employment Exchange office, Bahumali Bhawan, Asarva , Ahmedabad

23. 12 th August 2023 Shortlisting individuals for our courses after screening them according to the eligibility requirements.

24. 14 th August 2023 Some maintenance on the water cooler and the start of drinking water facilities

25. 16 th August 2023 Identified and fixed problems with Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity with the technical staff.

26. 17 th August 2023 The Nokia team inspected the Center of Excellence. Students that are interested in the courses are given orientation.

27. 19 th August 2023 Internal team meeting held for the development of a comprehensive action plan for the mobilization of 300 candidates for each course batch.

28. 21 st August 2023 Visit to the Center of Excellence by the Principal and GSDM Officer. Discussed with ITI principal the admission process for the ITI students and explained key details of our courses, including course content, benefits, duration

29. 23 rd August 2023 Utilized various social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp to share course-related content. We created an effective Facebook advertisement post for our course offerings

30. 25 th August 2023 Leaflets were distributed and the courses were explained to the students who participated in the Job Fair at Employment Exchange office, Bahumali Bhawan, Asarva , Ahmedabad.

31. 28 th August 2023 Inquiry of students at the CoE . Submission of documents as a part of registration process.

47. 27 th Sept 2023 Mr. Tanvir- CEO of QRangers Company visited our Centre of Excellence and met with the students. He encouraged students with the importance of this course and its demand in the market.
