Basically, marketability is a measure of whether a product will appeal to buyers and sell at a certain price range to generate a profit. In other words, when we say marketability, we are referring to the demand of the product and on how easy the product sells.

The good news is, the bamboo, wood, and metal industrial or craft products of our country are in great demand both in the local market as well as in the international market. And it is very clear that their high market demand is brought about not only by its excellent craftsmanship but also by its unique designs and aesthetic appearance that these products possess.

The act of enhancing or decorating your finished products therefore is a must because it will bring you a lot of success in selling your products and make your products highly profitable.

Directions. Read the excerpt from an article below and then answer the questions that follow:   Consumers value handmade products: What's love got to do with it? Published March 24, 2015 by American Marketing Association

Participants clearly favored handmade items when they were making a purchase for a loved one, and many were willing to pay up to 17% more for handmade items in general. Consumers seemed to believe that the creator's love for the handmade product had somehow transferred to the product itself, and that the product now "contained love." This was found to be the case even when the customer did not personally know the creator or even who the creator was. Source: https://phys.org/news/2015-03-consumers handmade-products.ht
