UNIT TASKS ACTION OFFICER/NCO 1101Bde 1103Bde HSC 11DTS Facilitate games assigned to each Bde for the commencement of SQUAD and DRRO CHALLENGE 2024; Conduct conferences needed for the preparation of the challenge; Assign evaluators/proctors/facilitators of all the games tasked to each Bde for the Squad Challenge. Designate 1 Senior Officer & 1 NCO from Brigade to oversee the activity All Infantry Battalions and DRCs Select the best squad composed of 9 members: One (1) Officer holding a rank from 2LT to Captain & eight (8) enlisted personnel plus support personnel; Provide ammunition, support vehicle and POL for their respective participants; Provide a medical certificate to confirm that participants meet the required level of fitness. Designate 1 Senior Officer & 1 NCO from each unit to oversee the activity OG3, 11ID OPR for monitoring of the activities; Provide support to OG8 on the conduct of Squad and DRO Challenge. Designate 1 Senior Officer & 1 NCO from Brigade to oversee the activity 11IMB Conduct PAWFT on 310500 August 2024; Venue preparation for Opening and Closing Ceremonies; Provide flag and unit colors; Ensure availability of 11IMB marching band for the closing and opening. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 11IMB to oversee the activity HSC Venue preparation for Opening and Closing Ceremonies; Provide flag and unit colors Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 11IMB to oversee the activity 1101BDE/11DTS Conduct the following activities on 03 September 2024: Marksmanship (T4/R4, Issued Pistol , M203, K3); Field Stripping; React to Ambush with TC3. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 15CMO Company to oversee the activity KHTB HOSPITAL/11SSBn Provide Ambu -Medic Support to the whole duration of the challenge; Provide personnel that will serve as victim for DRRO Challenge; Evaluate all squads during the conduct of TC3. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 11SSBn to oversee the activity 11DTS Facilitate and Provide training models to conduct Ruck Sack March, Obstacle Course, Endurance Firing, and Confidence Course on 02 September 2024; Combat Swimming (100m) with Knot Tying , and Map Reading and Land Navigation on 04 September 2024. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 11DTS to oversee the activity 11SIGBn Facilitate the conduct of Signal Communication on 04 September 2024. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO from 11DTS to oversee the activity OG8 Overall OPR of the activity; Invite subject matter expert to conduct two days lecture to participants and facilitators/evaluators for the Collapse Structure Search and Rescue (CSSR) and High Angle Rope and Rescue (HARR) and Water Search and Rescue (WASAR); Invite evaluators for the DRRO challenge. Designate 1 Officer & 1 NCO to oversee the activity OG4 OPR for mobility requirements ; Provide materials needed for the ALAKDAN SQUAD and DRRO CHALLENGE.
