Bhutani Alphathum stands as a testament to futuristic and
sustainable architecture, inspired by global landmarks,
particularly the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
DESIGN & INSPIRATION
Much like Marina Bay Sands, where three hotel towers
are topped with a ship-shaped SkyPark, Alphathum’s
three towers are connected with a rooftop deck, giving a
skyline-defining look.
The infinity pool on the rooftop is a direct architectural
homage to Marina Bay Sands, though on a more compact
scale suited to Noida’s urban fabric.
Both projects aim to create a "destination landmark"—not
just real estate, but a symbolic icon for the city and its
business ecosystem.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The project features three high-rise glass towers
— Tower A, B, and C — unified by a dramatic
rooftop sky bridge that houses one of India’s
longest rooftop infinity pools.
This architectural fusion creates a bold and elegant
silhouette, representing modernity, symmetry, and
balance.
The sky bridge not only serves an aesthetic
purpose but also symbolizes connectivity and
collaboration, aligning with Bhutani’s vision of
building commercial spaces that foster innovation
and synergy.

Tower A, B & C: Ultra-modern glass-clad high-rise towers with
Grade-A office spaces.
Designed to attract MNCs, startups, and co-working players.
LEED-certified green building norms are being followed to ensure
sustainability.
THREE TOWER STRUCTURE
The ground and lower levels are integrated with retail outlets, cafés,
restaurants, and lifestyle brands to create a dynamic work-life
environment.
A dedicated food court and entertainment zone are also planned to
increase footfall.

daylight while reducing heat absorption—ideal
for energy efficiency and a modern aesthetic.
V-shaped central tower: Slightly more
recessed to give the rooftop structure a subtle
arch, enhancing the visual appeal from aerial
and street views.
Smart infrastructure: Equipped with energy-
efficient HVAC systems, intelligent elevators,
and sustainable water usage features.
FUNCTIONAL INNOVATION
The rooftop not only includes the pool but
also recreational and event spaces, designed
to host informal business gatherings, leisure
activities, and social engagements.
The elevation and design allow for cross-
ventilation, minimizing the carbon footprint of
the building and aligning with green building
norms (likely LEED-rated).
