What are Blazons?
Blazons are items that, when equipped at your Troop
Buildings (Archer Camp, Barracks, Stables, Workshop)
provide buffs to your troops. These blazons can be
upgraded by feeding other blazons to them to level
them up. Blazon cannibalism.
All Blazons start with 2 stats, Gain a 3
rd
stat at level
10, and a 4
th
stat at level 15. Max level is 20
Unequipped Blazons do nothing
You can have multiple Blazon presets, however, in
practice, most people will stick to one set per troop
type and use that.
To save blazons as a preset first equip them, then
click the pencil icon, select “Save”, then select the
preset number you want them saved in.
How to Sort and Lock Blazons
You can sort your Blazons in your inventory, in the
Blazon tab. There is a Blazon Filters button in the
upper right you can use to filter out Blazons with bad
rolls. You can get quite specific if you are looking for
very specific rolls
Once you find Good Blazons, you can lock them by
clicking on the blazon, then clicking the padlock icon
in the upper right.
Remember to unlock them if you ever want to use
them as fodder for other blazons (in case of failed
stats on upgrade)
How to Upgrade Blazons
You upgrade blazons by feeding other blazons to it.
First, select the blazon you wish to upgrade and click
“Upgrade”
On the next screen, you will find an experience bar as
well as all of the unlocked blazons you own (this is
why it is a good idea to sort and lock good potential
blazons before upgrading)
Each level 1 Blazon is worth 100 XP towards
upgrading. Each previously upgraded blazon you use
as fodder is worth 80% of the XP it contains.
You can also use Auto select to make this process
faster, but be very sure you have all the blazons you
like locked, as it will feed them to your blazon
indiscriminately.
What are Blazon Rolls?
Similar to refines on Gear, Blazons have rolls that add
buffs to your troops.
Unlike Gear, Each blazon has rolls that are limited to
the Troop Type associated with the Blazon
•i.e. a Mounted Blazon will only have rolls for
Mounted Troops
These rolls, however, have qualifiers, such as In-Rally,
Defending, etc… that only apply when the conditions
are met
•The more specific the condition, the larger
the buff.
•In the example on the right, Marching
Mounted Troop Defense gives a larger buff
than Generic Mounted Troop Defense.

What are Blazon Sets?
Each Troop Type of Blazon has two associated Sets.
•This is typically 1 Offensive Set, and 1
Defensive set
•The exception is Mounted Blazons, which
have an Offensive Set, and a Monster
oriented Set
Each of these sets has a 2, 4, and 6-piece set bonus
for equipping Blazons of the same set
•It is advisable to always use 6 pieces of the
same set, as the bonuses are significant
It can get very expensive to roll 2 completely different
sets of Blazons for each troop type, thus most players
are recommended to select 1 set for each troop type
and focus on that.
SET BONUSES
Recommended Blazon Sets
GROUND TROOPS
•Justice Blazon (Offensive)
•RECOMMENDED if you typically rally or solo
ground attack, and you otherwise have a
well-buffed ground march.
•Sacrifice Blazon (Defensive)
•RECOMMENDED if you are mostly a defensive
or trap keep, your alliance does not ground
rally often, or you have a weak ground solo
march
ARCHER TROOPS
•Valor Blazon (Offensive)
•RECOMMENDED as the majority of rallies are
typically archers
•Compassion Blazon (Defensive)
•NOT RECOMMENDED as archers on defense
are typically quite weak due to their range
MOUNTED TROOPS
•Honor Blazon (Offensive)
•RECOMMENDED as there is no other PVP
Option
•Soul Blazon (Monster Focused)
•RECOMMENDED only if you are a large
spender and want to maximize Monster
damage or World Boss ranking
SIEGE TROOPS
•Honesty Blazon (Offensive)
•NOT RECOMMENDED as most attacking siege
are fully debuffed, reducing these blazons
value and the set bonuses are quite weak.
•Humility Blazon (Defensive)
•RECOMMENDED as Siege are much stronger
on defense, and an incoming rally cannot fully
debuff them.

Recommendations by spending level
F2P (Spends no money ever)
Casual Coiner (Spends for Stamina packs, or other
occasional packs. < $50 a month)
•Blazons will be slow coming. Try to assemble at
least a full 6 piece set for the set bonuses, then
worry about getting useful stats and upgrading
them. Be very picky with what you upgrade
Cake 4 Coiner ($200-400 a month)
•You will get a decent number of blazons, but not
unlimited. Feel free to upgrade decent stat
combination to at least 10. Use failed blazons at
10 until all blazons are at 10, then worry about
perfecting them
Cake 10 Coiner ($2,000 - 4,000 a month)
•Rolling in Blazons. Go for perfect ones. What do
you need my advice for, you whale? ☺ Go ham.
