Physical changes for girls and boys during adolescence stage

Girls height and weight increase (height can gain an average of 3.5 inches and weight increases because of fat development. This spurt occurs 2 years earlier than boys.) Breast development. Heaps and waists become more defined. Menstruation begins. Mood changes may occur.

Girls Body hair grows in pubic area, under the arms, and become thicker on the arm and legs. Fat tissue normally increases. Swap and oil glands become more active and body odor changes. Acme may develop. Reproductive system mature.

Boys height and weight increases (Height can gain an average of 4.1 inches and weight increases due to increase muscle development.) Body hair grows in the pubic area, under the arms and on the face and becomes thicker on the legs. Marcel becomes stronger. Vocal cords get thicker and longer- the voice deepened.

Boys The body develops an increased number of red blood cells. Sweat and oil glands become more active and body odor changes. Acne can develop. Some boys develop small and temporary breast tissue. Silent emotional changes and sexual feelings due to changes in testosterone level.
