2. Introduction This presentation is the branding kit to give an insight on my portfolio website design. In the next slides, I will go into detail and describe why I chose the color scheme and font size/families for my designs.

3. Overview My brand’s identity is designed for “The Girl Next Door”- who is someone that is accepting and encourage community. They make others feel included and welcomed. To belong. The girl next door is known for realism, empathy, and the ability to connect with others on a genuine level. The voice of the brand is humble and honest. This personality emits with inspiring trust and a belief that if I can achieve something, you can too.

4. Font Families Header: For the header font I chose a font from the script family. The name of the font is Scriptorama Tradeshow JF. I chose script for my headers because it is giving elegance, uniqueness, and emotion. I believe that the script font fits right in on the vibe I want my brand to bring. Paragraph: The font I chose for my paragraphs is a font from the Serif family. The font is called Chapman. I chose the serif family because it is a simple font that is legible, sophisticated, and also elegant.

6. Color Palette I chose to go with a nude color scheme because they are calming and elegant. With my brand being the archetype of “the girl next door” I wanted colors that were subtle and sophisticated. Psychologically, nudes gives a sense of comfort and honesty, according to colorpsychology.Org .
