Each of us is a garbage truck
collecting different emotions from
various experiences throughout our
day.
What is garbage?
Anger
Disappointment
Frustration
Sadness

etc.
Law of the Garbage Truck - Dumping
When our garbage trucks are full of “waste” it needs to be disposed of.
Typically people dump it on loved ones, colleagues, or even strangers but
there is another way...
It is a practice of consciously controlling your
breathing patterns.
It is a tool to help you dump that garbage without
dumping it on someone else.
It can be used to lessen the intensity of the
emotion in the present moment or release
suppressed or repressed emotions.
