Broummana Villa – Exterior & Interior Design is a refined architectural study by Nader Soubra, blending contemporary elegance with timeless warmth in the heart of Lebanon’s mountain landscape. The villa captures the serene essence of Broummana’s natural surroundings while embracing a modern architectural language defined by balance, functionality, and sophistication.
The project unfolds across two levels, each meticulously designed to harmonize luxury with livability. The first floor welcomes residents with an elegant open layout where a central lobby connects a formal salon, a cozy living room, and a spacious dining area. A modern kitchenette with bar seating complements the flow, creating a seamless transition between relaxation and entertainment. The ground floor is dedicated to comfort and privacy, featuring a serene bedroom suite, a secondary lounge, a generous living space, and a sleek open kitchen designed for both functionality and style.
The exterior design reflects a dialogue between modern minimalism and contextual beauty. Smooth grey-painted facades contrast with beige stamped concrete floors, while silver aluminum framing adds precision and structure. The material palette—subtle yet impactful—anchors the villa within its mountainous setting, enhancing its visual harmony and architectural depth.
Inside, the interior design celebrates a warm contemporary atmosphere. White matte walls and travertine floors evoke calm and light, while walnut wood finishes introduce natural texture and richness. The focal points—a Nero Marquina marble chimney and a Patagonia open-book marble kitchen wall—express the villa’s identity as both a luxurious retreat and a work of art. Every element, from the entrance lobby to the dining area, has been curated to balance material contrast, spatial rhythm, and emotional comfort.
Ultimately, Broummana Villa embodies modern Lebanese refinement—a seamless synthesis of architecture, interior design, and nature. It stands as a testament to Nader Soubra’s design philosophy: creating spaces that are not only seen and lived in, but deeply felt.
