1. Geological Layout MISSAN oilfields are located in the MISSAN province in southeastern Iraq and close to the Iraq-Iran border. It is about 175km north to the Basra city (Figure 1). The fields consist of three producing oilfields, namely ABU GHIRAB, BUZURGAN and FAUQI oilfields .

8. Well Productivity Based on the horizontal lateral petrophysics , it is predicted that production of the well can be in the range 1000-1400 STB/day, however the well productivity will be more precisely referred to flow back after acid treatment during the completion.
9. Reservoir Completion Requirement 1) RIH the lower completion string as shown in the table: Note: All depths are MD based on RTKB=43.2 m The Top of perforated Liner is recommended to be below the depth (4140 m) if possible as MB21 and top MC11 oil layer could be perforated in the future. 2) Conduct Deep acidizing of the carbonate rock (LIMESTONE) behind the perforated liner in horizontal section Note: The proper acidizing fluid, enough acid volume, enough soaking time should be designed according to reservoir petro physical properties and reservoir conditions. 3) Gas lift, flow back to remove the residual acid and to evaluate the lateral productivity Note: Based on the flow back result, DTD will decide the next steps and would update the reservoir data for ESP 4) Run ESP with sensor installed, surface VSD is required 5) put the well into production; 6) Pay more attention to protect the reservoir during the operation to avoid reservoir damage, please select the proper killing fluid system and density

11. Pressure Rating Requirements 15 Based on prediction of the new well formation pressure, at least 10,000psi pressure rated Well Control System is recommended to adopt for completion operation.

BUCN-189H Lower Completion Operation Commenced @ 21:00 Hours on March 29 th , 2024
2.1 Scrape 7” Liner 29 th − 31 st , Mar 2024 : M/U and RIH with 7" scraper BHA to 4268m Scrape each stand up and down more than three times as per program for the proposed ESP packer and RTTS packer & 7” liner hanger setting intervals 2800m to 3000m, 3900m to 4170m . Break circulation every 500m . Observe the well through trip tank, well is stable . Conduct direct circulation to clean the well with SPP: 5.5Mpa & pump rate: 580L/min POOH with 7" scraper BHA to surface. L/D 7" scraper and drilling jar. Check the bit and the scraper is in good condition. Fill the well continuously and the well static loss rate is 0.
2.2 M/U & RIH Lower Completion String 31 st Mar − 4 th Apr 2024 : M/U and RIH lower completion BHA to 761m M/U the Baker swell packer according to Baker engineer's instruction PJSM, P/U and M/U 7" liner hanger assembly with lower completion BHA Test and record P/U weight= 34MT, S/O weight= 34MT. (Include 26MT hook and TDS load ). Cont. M/U and RIH lower completion BHA on DP stands as per running tally to 4925m. Tag PBTD @4925m MD with 2MT S/O. Check & record P/U WT 147MT & S/O WT 142MT Including TDS weight 26MT S pace out string, E nd of string depth @4923m MD and the top of 7.0" x 4-1/2" Liner Hanger Assembly @4144.93m. When the perforated pipe enters the open hole @4273m with TDS 10r/min, flow rate 450L/min, SPP 450psi as per BGHE engineer instructions. Test and record string P/U weight 133MT and S/O weight 132MT (including TDS weight 26MT) , Idling Torque:2.3KN.m@10RPM, 2.8KN.m@20RPM Observe the well through trip tank and the well is stable
2.2 M/U & RIH Lower Completion String 31 st Mar − 4 th Apr 2024 : PJSM, set 7" x 4-1/2" Liner Packer/Hanger Assembly as per BHGE completion engineer instructions Drop 1.5" setting ball and displace same to ball seat, slowly increase pressure to 1000psi, then to 1900psi and hold for 2min, bleed off to 500psi. Check and confirm hanger already set by S/O liner below assy weight 14MT & additional 15MT, Ok Slack off 25MT on liner running tool as set down weight and slowly increase pressure up to 2900psi in the working string and hold for 5mins, bleed off pressure to 300psi, release setting tool successfully Check and record new P/U 146MT and S/O 141MT, including TDS weight 26MT Shear the ball seat by apply 3200psi, ball seat sheared successfully. Pick up the running tool 5m to pull the packer setting dog sub above the top of the PBR, slowly S/O and set down weight on top of PBR, cont. S/O to 30MT as set down weight on PKR, hold for 5mins, positive indication observe on surface, Ok. Top of PBR at 4144.93m, end of lower completion string at 4923m. Pulled out 1 stand, circulation to displace drilling fluid with 1.14sg of 220m³ completion fluid with flow rate: 650L/min and SPP: 850psi. Cont. POOH running tool BHA to surface
2.3 M/U & RIH Temporary Kill String 4 th – 7 th Apr 2024 : M/U and RIH temporary killing string to 30m R/U S/L equipment, Conduct S/L operation to set 3.688" Check Valve at 3.688" nipple, P/Test tubing integrity @ 500psi/5min, 3000psi/ 15min, OK! POOH with 3.688" check valve and R/D S/L equipment. M/U 3.75" SSD, Cont. M/U and RIH temporary killing string joint by joint to 2000m R/U S/L equipment, S/L operation to set 3.75" Check Valve at 3.75" SSD. P/Test tubing integrity @ 500psi/5min, 3000psi/ 15min. POOH with 3.75" check valve and R/D S/L equipment. Cont. M/U and RIH temporary killing string joint by joint to TOL @ 4140.425m Cont. M/U and RIH temporary killing string with liner tieback seal assembly to top of Baker 7" x 4-1/2" Liner PBR/Packer/hanger Assembly Record P/U weight 86 MT and S/O weight 85 MT (include the hook load 26MT). Slowly lower down temporary killing string with liner tieback seal assembly sting into the 7" x 4-1/2" Liner PBR/Packer/hanger with slack off 10 ton as BHGE procedure. Repeat sting in and out 2 times to make sure tieback seal assembly sting into 7" x 4-1/2" Liner PBR/Packer/hanger successfully. Close annular BOP. P/Test annulus @ 500psi/5min, 1000 psi/15min, OK .
2.3 M/U & RIH Temporary Kill String 4 th – 7 th Apr 2024 : Space out the string. POOH and L/D 2 jts 4-1/2" OD VAM Tubing. RIH 2 jts 4-1/2" OD VAM Tubing pup joint. M/U X/O Sub, 4- 1/2" JFE Bear Pin x 4-1/2" VAM TOP Pin with tubing hanger R/U S/L equipment. RIH 3.78" Gauge Cutter to 3.75" SSD and POOH, then set 3.75" Check Valve at 3.75"SSD, P/Test tubing integrity @500psi/5min, 3000psi/15min, OK. POOH with 3.75" Check Valve. Reverse circulation with 1.14sg packer fluid. (Pump rate: 1100L/min, Pump pressure: 600psi .) Landing tubing hanger into tubing spool, sting into the PBR with S/O 10MT, Ok. Tighten up the lock-down screws and P/T annulus to 1000psi for 15minutes, OK. Bleed-off pressure slowly.
2.4 N/D BOP, N/U X-Mass Tree & Pressure Test 7 th Apr 2024 : POOH and L/D landing joint, Install BPV. N/D bell nipple, choke and kill lines, N/D BOP stacks. N/U adapter flange and master valve of X-Mass tree, P/Test tubing hanger sealing and tubing spool ring gasket by hand pump to 3000psi for 15mins, OK. N/U remaining parts of X-Mass tree. Retrieve BPV, Install TWCV into the tubing hanger. Pressure test X-mass tree integrity by cement pump to 500psi / 5000psi for 5mins /15mins, OK. Retrieve TWCV, Install cap on X-mass tree and close all valves on X-mass tree. BUCN-189H Lower Completion Operation finished successfully @ 21:00 hours on 7 th -April-2024.
