Meaning of budget The word budget derived from old word ‘Budgettee,. Its an estimate of the revenue and expenses over a specific time period. A budget is prepared to have effective utilization of fund.

Financing According to jains. Finance is the art and science of managing money.
Difference between Budghting and financing Budgeting It is a concrete precise picture of the total operation and enterprise in monetary term. It is an operational plan for definite period usually a year. It is broad term. Financing It is concerned with the maintenance and creation of economic value or wealth. It is the management of money and other valuable which can easily converted in to cash. It is short term.
Educational Budget Every government spend their estimate money in education for a specific time. Before using this money they make a plan how to spend this money this is called budgeting plan and money that can they use called financing. Pakistan spent most of their money for education.
Role of Budget Budget play very important role in every country economy. Through budget every country estimate their expenditure. Planning economy is a budget of national resources and output capacity. Budget can drawn up in the term of annual plan.
Purpose of Budget To formulate the objective of development. To provide means of coordinating activities of different department. To streamline the management of public fund. Strength equality of opportunity .

Budget report present day The government has allocated R.s 83.3 billion for educational affair and services in the fedral budget for 2020-21 against the revised allocation for 81.2 billion for the on going fiscal year showing an imperceptible rise of around 2.5 % pakistan public expenditure on education as a percentages to GDP is estimated as 2.3 % in the fiscal year 2019-20 which is lowest in the region. Compared to international benchmark the allocated budget for education is lowest as of the agreed target of 15-20 % of the total budget and 4 % of GDP.
Comparison of Budget The state of education in Pakistan has significantly improved in the last two decades. Pakistan is currently spending around 2.5% its gross domestic product on education. GDP spent on education 2.5% Literacy rate in Pakistan 60% Pakistan spent most of their money in education. With the different time period pakistan spent more then more money in educational budget…. But not in best way…
How government use educational budget Government use money to pay their educational staff. Government help needy student in the way of scholarship. Government provide books They encourage student through different rewards They provide all and good facilities for both student and staff. They provide good infrastructure Thy also provide penshion for retired staff They also provide transport for both student and staff
