airport,necessaryclearancefromtheconcernedAirportAuthorityshallbe
obtained.
ļ‚§Thebuildingheightsandotherparametersshallberegulatedasperthe
stipulationsoftheAirportAuthorityofIndiaasnotifiedinGazetteofIndia
Extraordinary(S.O.1589)dated30-06-2008
ļ‚§Irrespectiveoftheirdistancefromtheaerodrome,evenbeyond22kmlimit
fromtheaerodromereferencepoint,noradiomastsorsimilarinstallation
exceeding152minheightshallbeerectedexceptwiththepriorclearance
fromCivilAviationAuthorities.
ļ‚§Inrespectofanylandlocatedwithin1000mfromtheboundaryofMilitary
Airportnobuildingisallowedexceptwithpriorclearancefromthe
concernedairportauthoritywithregardtobuildingheightpermissibleand
safedistancetobemaintainedbetweenthebuildingandboundaryofthe
aerodrome.

ļ‚§Nochimneysorsmokeproducingfactoriesshallbeconstructedwith
inaradiusof8kmfromtheAirportReferencePoint
ļ‚§Slaughterhouse,Butcheries,MeatshopsandSolidWastedisposal
sitesandotherareasforactivitieslikedepositingofgarbagewhich
mayencouragecollectionofhighflyingbirds,likeeaglesand
hawks,shallnotbepermittedwithin10kmfromtheAirport
ReferencePoint.
ļ‚§Withina5kmradiusoftheAerodromeReferencePoint,every
structure/installation/buildingshallbedesignedsoastomeetthe
pigeon/birdproofingrequirementoftheCivilAviationAuthorities.
ļ‚§Suchrequirementmaystipulatetheprohibitionofanycavity,niche,
orotheropeningontheexteriorofsuchbuilding/installation/
structuresoastopreventthenestingandhabitationofpigeonor
otherbirds.
