Building services encompass all the systems and services that contribute to the functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of a building. These services ensure that buildings are habitable and operational, catering to the needs of the occupants

primaryfunctionofbuildingsistoprovidesheltertoitsoccupants.
WhatisBuildingServices?
Buildingfunctioncannotbelimitedtoprovideshelteronly.Basically“Building
Services”iswhatthatmakethebuildingcomestolife.i.e.whatmakesthebuilding
work.
Buildingshouldbedesignedinsuchawaytoprovideanenvironmentwhere
peoplecanfeelcomfortable,work,liveandachieve.
So,everythinginsideabuildingwhichmakesitsafeandcomfortable,comesunder
thetitleof“BuildingServices”

building.
