The CASE II Project
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
▪Foster the effective and harmonised implementation of baseline security measures
by States;
▪Strengthen aviation security competence and practice beyond compliance with
international standards;
▪Develop a long-term relationship, set out in agreed programs of action, so as to
deliver an effective, efficient and sustainable aviation security regime;
▪Promote cooperation and facilitate network building between States and security
experts in the four regions (Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe);
▪Seeking synergies with other bilateral and multilateral capacity-building initiatives,
so that they become mutually reinforced.
