So what are they?
Carbohydrates remain part of a healthy diet
for kids and adults despite the claims of being
the cause of obesity.
There are two major forms of carbohydrates:
–Simple Sugars
–Starches (complex)

simple sugars.
–Absorbed into the bloodstream
Some are broken down quickly

–Highly refined grains
