2. Case presentation
A 20years old male patient presented With esthetic problem in
anterior region due to endodonticaly treated withcrown facture
and multiple caries ( class III , IV , V) . After assessment of tooth
viabilit, type of fracure and caries lesion selective caries
technique was implemented then multiple estheic restoration
and crown-lengthing to restore remaing teeth. Furthermore,
esthetic Zirconia crowns were prepared and delivered to restore
esthetic and function

Conclusions
Aesthetic dentists employ treatments such as
routine cleanings, root canal therapy, and tooth
restoration with fillings or bridges to make your
teeth appear natural and healthy. The objective is
to provide you with healthy, functional teeth so
that you may look your best, eat normally, and
communicate normally .

9. Conclusion
after 2 month of work doing multiple restorations, aesthetic crown lengthening , endodontic retreatment
and aesthetic crowns delivery; the patient was satisfied and healthy periodontium and occlusion achieved.
Even thought there is a multiple complication we had due to limitation in Sinai and lace of lab
professionals.
