STEP-4: ANALYZE THE PROBLEM MILL UNAVAILABILITY DUE TO HIGH REJECT ISSUE Time Required To Rake In The Inlet Gate Of RC Feeder ~ 6 HOURS Number Of Times Mill had to be taken out of service Due to high reject in Mill (From August 2020 To July 2021) : 30 TIMES Total hours unavailability in 12 months :30X6=180 Hours Total hours unavailability in 1 Year : 180 Hours
