Interviewer: Have you ever used AR/VR shopping apps Respondent: Yes, she has used it but not frequently. Interviewer: Tell me any three attributes Respondent: Visualization,Convenience , Confidence Interviewer:Why is visualization important to you? Respondent: Experience the product before I can purchase.

Interviewer: Why do you feel AR/VR is convenient to use. Respondent: Trying multiple shades and easy to decide so making the buying process easy. Interviewer: How do you feel confident in using AR/VR? Respondent: Surity in buying because of the product placement in real life and having a positive experience. Interviewer: Do you feel safe in using the AR/VR feature? Respondent: Subject feels 50% not confident in using the feature because of the real time location and the mapping of the house or the close surroundings which is very prone to hacks and data breach.

Interviewer: What will your life be without these AR/VR Features? Respondent: In terms of high involvement products, Subject is not comfortable in using the AR/VR app, she needs to try in person. She's comfortable in buying low involvement products. Buying experience will get affected. Interviewer: Is there a difference in your buying experience in the last five years. Respondent: Positively affected.
