ABOUT CGIAR CGIAR is a global partnership that unites international organizations CGIAR includes the high-yielding wheat and rice varieties and increases uses of fertilizers, irrigation and other inputs in what come to be celebrated as the Green Revolution It is carried out at 15 centers It was formed in 1971 due to serious concerns about Global Hunger Founder : Forrset F.Hill Headquarters: Montpellier, France
