About the movie Chak De India is a story revolving around Kabir Khan who is a former national hockey player. He was ousted from the team due to a speculation that a match between India and Pakistan might have been fixed. Allegations from the media hampered Kabir Khan’s image and he was thrown out of the team and was forced to leave his ancestral home in Delhi owing to the hostility of the neighbors. Kabir Khan decides to give one last shot to regain his former dignity and makes the task of transforming the women’s national hockey team a world champion the goal of his life.
