Being punctual in respect to the employer’s time and ready to work immediately. Having good communication skills for voicing out concerns in the workplace then resolve any issues immediately . Meeting deadlines to delegate time-sensitive tasks given by the supervisor. Taking initiative like formulating a plan and get to work while waiting to be micromanaged. Being detail-oriented in reviewing work for accuracy.

3. INCONSISTENCY As we all know, there’s a lot of inconsistencies we have already encountered during our service. Inconsistency of work accomplishment when we are always rushing to meet deadlines. Clients have been complaining regarding inconsistency in the quality of service they have received. Inconsistency of information being disseminated in the workplace and being reported to the immediate supervisor.
