19. 1 ) If any of the signs that has the 6 Key Points also has the Rahu Tithi position of any planet, major life events
are certain in the matter denoted by that sign. This is especially so if that planet or planets are retrograde and
/ or dispositors of any of the signs of the Key Points. In this case, Neptune (which is the dispositor of Ishta
located in 12th sign Pisces) is posited in 9th Sign Sagittarius in which Thithi and Tithi+Ishta are located.
This configuration itself makes for spiritual leadership. Similarly, Uranus RT and Mercury RT (both
dispositors of Key Signs) are involved in mutual exchange, with Uranus RT in Virgo and Mercury RT in
Aquarius.
2) Ketu Tithi position of a planet gives the same results as Ketu conjunction the Planet. Hence the KT
position tends to be materially malefic and spiritually benefic. In this case, Saturn KT and Moon KT are also

20. 4) If any of the signs having the 6 key points has both Rahu Tithi and Ketu Tithi positions of planets, then
the planet with Ketu Tithi position dominates. This because Ketu acts like Mars while Rahu acts like Saturn
(The classical adage is :Shanivat Rahu, Kujavat Ketu) In the same configuration discussed above, Saturn
KT and Moon KT dominated in his early life as compared to Neptune RT whse effect was felt
throughout his life.
5) Extra Saturnine planets (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto), if Retrograde, will always cause major vents by
location in the signs of the 6 Key Points or as their dispositors. In this case, Uranus RT (which is the
dispositor of Ascdt Rahu Tithi) is posited with Rahu Fortuna in the 6th Sign Virgo. Uranus is known to
give mass contact and enlightenment. Virgo is the Sign of impersonal service. Hence this configuration
principally contributed to the setting up of Ramkrisna Mission.
6) The dispositor of a Key Sign will give the effect of the Planets occupying its Sign. through the Sign that it
occupies. Additionally, in case of Mercury and Venus, which own 2 Signs in the Zodiac, this principle
extends to planets occupying the other Sign also. In this chart, Rahu Fortuna is in Virgo, and its dispositor
Mercury is in Aquarius. However Saturn and Moon occupy Gemini (of which Mercury is a also a
dispositor ) . Hence Mercury in Aquarius has to reflect the effect of Saturn and Moon in addition to that

21. a) Since Tithi + Ishta is the sum of the forces of Ishta and Tithi, their combined power is felt at this point.
Hence Tithi+Ishta is the most powerful among the 6 points. Matters represented by the sign, together
with the sign in which its dispositor is located, represent a common element in many major events relating
to the life of the person. In this chart, Tithi+Ishta is located in 9th Sign (Sagittarius) and conjunct
Neptune RT. It will be clear that all matters associated with 9th Sign (Pisces) and Neptune RT affected
Vivekananda’s life – Spiritual leadership, great gurus as guides, international spiritual outreach,
