INTRODUCTION ChemDraw is a software tool used in chemistry and related fields for drawing and predicting molecular structures. It allows users to create and modify molecular structures, predict properties, and perform calculations. ChemDraw can be used as a prediction tool to:- Predict molecular properties such as log P, polar surface area, and bioavailability Predict NMR spectra and other analytical data Perform molecular mechanics calculations and energy minimization as a drawing tool, ChemDraw enables users to:- Create and edit molecular structures and reactions Draw and modify chemical schemes and diagrams Generate names and formulas for molecules ChemDraw is a powerful tool for chemists, researchers, and students to visualize, predict, and communicate molecular information.

incubator An incubator is a device or equipment used to create a controlled environment for various applications, such as:- Biological incubators: used in laboratories to cultivate microorganisms, cells, or tissue cultures, maintaining optimal temperature, humidity, and gas levels Business incubators: programs supporting startups and early-stage companies, offering resources like funding, mentorship, and networking.- Egg incubators: used in poultry farming to hatch eggs under controlled conditions, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and rotation. Medical incubators: used in neonatal care to provide a stable environment for newborns, regulating temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels. In general, incubators aim to create a nurturing environment for growth, development, and success.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE 1. Greeves and Walter et al.,2011. Chemical Drawing Capabilities ; ChemDraw's primary function is to allow users to draw chemical structures with precision and ease. Key literature highlights include: User Interface and Usability: Studies have shown that ChemDraw's intuitive interface makes it accessible to both novices and experienced chemists. It offers drag-and-drop functionality, a comprehensive library of chemical symbols, and templates that streamline the drawing process 2. Williams & Smith et al.,2012. Predictive Capabilities ; ChemDraw has incorporated several predictive tools that enhance its functionality beyond mere drawing: Chemical Properties Prediction: ChemDraw can predict various chemical properties such as molecular weight, boiling points, and pKa values. This capability is crucial for chemists during the early stages of research when empirical data may not be readily available

3. Brown and John et al., 2013. NMR and MS Spectral Prediction: The software can predict nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS) spectra, which are fundamental for structure elucidation. Studies have validated the accuracy of these predictions against experimental data 4. Harris and Lavoisier et al., 2014 Reactivity and Synthesis Prediction : Advanced versions of ChemDraw incorporate modules like ChemDraw Reaction Predictor, which suggest possible synthetic pathways and reaction mechanisms. This tool is especially useful for organic chemists designing synthetic routes

Aim and Objective This study aims; CHEMDRAW: Structural construction software. It is used as drawing and prediction tool. INCUBATOR: A laboratory incubator is a heated, insulated box used to grow and maintain microbiological or cell cultures. OBJECTIVES CHEMDRAW; Draw and predict both chemical and biological structure. INCUBATOR; Provide optimal growth conditions for cells or cultures. It is also used to maintain the viability of cell lines and bacteria strains

Materials required 1. CHEMDRAW SOFTWARE ChemDraw is a software tool used for drawing and publishing chemical structures and reactions. It's a popular program in the chemistry field, especially among researchers, scientists, and students Create and edit chemical structures and reactions accurately and efficiently. Provide a powerful tool for chemists, researchers, and students to communicate chemical information clearly and effectively. Assist in the design, synthesis, and analysis of molecules and reactions. Predict chemical properties and behavior, such as physical properties, spectroscopy, and reactivity. Facilitate the search, sort, and organization of chemical data and libraries. Enable the creation of professional-quality documents, presentations, and publications. Support research and development in various fields, including drug discovery, materials science, and biotechnology. Aid in the teaching and learning of chemistry, from basic concepts to advanced research topics.

2. INCUBATOR An incubator is a device or apparatus used to maintain a controlled environment, often at a constant temperature, humidity, and oxygen level, to support the growth and development of living organisms, such as: Bacteria or cells in a laboratory setting Eggs in a poultry hatchery Premature infants in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) Plant seedlings in a greenhouse or nursery Provide a controlled and optimal environment for growth and development. Support the survival and success of fragile or vulnerable living organisms. Foster healthy development and growth. Enhance viability and chances of success. Monitor and control environmental factors to prevent adveres

Incubator An incubator is based on the principle that microorganisms require a particular set of parameters for their growth and development. All incubators are based on the concept that when organisms are provided with the optimal condition of temperature, humidity, oxygen, and carbon dioxide levels, they grow and divide to form more organisms. In an incubator, the thermostat maintains a constant temperature that can be read from the outside via the thermometer. The temperature is maintained by utilizing the heating and no-heating cycles. During the heating cycle, the thermostat heats the incubator, and during the no-heating period, the heating is stopped, and the incubator is cooled by radiating heat to the surrounding. Insulation from the outside creates an isolated condition inside the cabinet, which allows the microbes to grow effectively. Similarly, other parameters like humidity and airflow are also maintained through different mechanisms that create an environment similar to the natural environment of the organisms. Similarly, they 24 are provided with adjustments for maintaining the concentration of CO2 to balance the pH and humidity required for the growth of the organisms. Variation of the incubator like a shaking incubator is also available, which allows for the continuous movement of the culture required for cell aeration and solubility studies. Procedure for running an incubator Once the cultures of organisms are created, the culture plates are to be placed inside an incubator at the desired temperature and required period of time. In most clinical laboratories, the usual temperature to be maintained is 35–37°C for bacteria.
