INSPECTION STAGE TRACON VISUAL INSPECTION REKIND ENGINEERING DETAIL INSPECTION CHEMETIC DETAIL INSPECTION Chloro Alkali Plant : The Building is heavy corroded almost all equipment corroded except Titanium HE & Titanium tank brine preparation and pre treatment also heavy coroded ClO2 Plant Magnesium Plant : Building mild corrosion, equipment able to repair NaOH Plant : Building condition better new building, equipment partial replace Suplhur Plant : Equipment and building partial change Air separation Plant : Compresor Building is quite good except some structure near sulphur plant coroded

CONSIDERATION Equipment life time design commonly 25 years New Technology for electrolyzer with lower electricity consumption saving energy 20% lower than existing Tracon – Rekind consider as the EPC company because Tracon has been involve from very early stage (assessment 2015, assessment 2023 and now assessment 2024, Rekind also has been site visit and inspect detail chemical plant

4. RECOMENDATION Chloro Alkaline & ClO2 Plant : Magnesium, NaOH, Sulphur plant ASP (Air separation plant) Recommend to revamp (change with new electrolyzer -INEOS electrolyzer ), change new building EPS by Cemetic + CNDC & EPC by Rekind -Tracon (saving energy 20%) Revamp EPC by Rekind -Tracon Revamp with partial change with new equipment
