Ability Levels Receiving Responding Valuing Organization Characterization Situation / Context During a scientific investigation on salt formation, laboratory rule and regulations were observed. In addition there were also certain values and attitudes that were shown by scientists and these included curiosity, patience persistence creativity, communication, objective, honesty among others. (supported with a video clip from internet) You have watched and listened to the video During lunch time a S.3 learner at St John SS Wakitaka went to the dinning hall to receive her meal and on tasting it she noticed that the meal was undelicious due to lack of salt and on inquiry found out that salt was out of stock. At St john SS Wakitaka salt is always a challenge since it is not always enough in the meals and as a student of S.3 you acquired knowledge about salt preparation. Your school has organised a science exhibition .

Ability Levels Receiving Responding Valuing Organization Characterization Task Watch and listen to the video React to what you have watched. Demonstrate scientific values and attitudes exhibited as you carry out salt formation to curb the shortage at school, Demonstrate to your fellow students in your class the values and attitudes shown in the process of salt formation and its benefits Consistently demonstrates scientific values and attitudes
