Climax Spray (Generic Lidocaine Spray) is
used by men suffering from premature
ejaculation.
Climax Spray is fully absorbed into a small
area of the penis after a few minutes and
produces it's effect which lasts for up to an
hour, with almost no transfer to the receiving
partner.
The active ingredient Lidocaine makes the
head of the penis less sensitive to sexual
stimulation, which makes it easier to delay
ejaculation.

➢Start with 2 to 3 sprays of Climax Spray
(Generic Lidocaine Spray) on the head and
shaft of the penis from a distance of 5 cm, 10
minutes before sexual intercourse or use as
directed by a doctor.
➢Rub Climax Spray into the skin of the penis
until all of the product is absorbed.

must not be sprayed on broken, irritated
or sensitive skin, since under such
conditions there is the potential for rapid
systemic absorption.
Avoid contact with the eyes.

Contraindications
Climax Spray is contraindicated in patients if
they or their partners have a hypersensitivity to
Lidocaine or topical anesthetics or any other
component of this medication.
It is also contraindicated in patients with liver
problems. Use of this medication is
contraindicated if your partner is or may become
pregnant.

➢Generic Lidocaine side effects can include temporary
redness, stinging, and swelling at the application site. In
case these adverse effects persist or worsen, inform
your doctor.
➢Inform your doctor immediately in case any of these
rare but very serious side effects occur: slow/shallow
breathing, slow/irregular heartbeat, seizures.
➢A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare.
However, seek immediate medical attention in case you
observe any of the following symptoms of a serious
allergic reaction: new/worsening rash, new or worsening
itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat),
severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Overdoses with Lidocaine Spray can be a
result of excessive administration by topical
routes, accidental oral ingestion of topical
preparations by children who are more
susceptible to overdose.
Although the incidence of adverse effects
with Lidocaine HCI Topical Solution is quite
low, caution should be exercised, since
the incidence of adverse effects is directly
proportional to the total dose of local
anesthetic agent administered.

The treatment of a patient with toxic
manifestations of Lidocaine overdose
consists of ensuring adequate ventilation
and arresting convulsions.
Ventilation should be maintained with
oxygen by assisted or controlled respiration
as necessary.
