2. Receiver: What is a receiver : A liquid receiver is a storage tank for holding and is located after the condenser in a refrigeration system . And it contains (ammonia NH3) as a refrigerant . Main function of receiver : To store the liquid refrigerant , which condenses at high pressure . The receiver also act as a heat sink and is one of the major components of a cold storage .

4. EXPANSION VALVE : What is a expansion valve : The purpose of an expansion valve is to control the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator . It is a sudden pressure decrease valve . Main function of expansion valve : The expansion valve removes pressure from the liquid refrigerant to allow expansion or change of state from a liquid to a vapor in the evaporator .

6. EVAPORATOR : What is a evaporator : A evaporator for a cold room or chambers and other refrigeration equipment, which is a kind of heat exchanger equipment . It absorbs humidity , heat , carbon dioxide . Main function of evaporator : The heat exchanger where the refrigerant circulating inside the refrigeration circuit absorbs the thermal energy from the environment , which is then cooled .

8. COMPRESSOR : What is compressor : They compress refrigerant gas to increase its pressure and temperature , allowing it to release heat in the condenser and absorb heat in the evaporator . Main functions of compressor: compressing the refrigerant into high-temp gas . What is the function of compressor in chiller : they take in low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator and compress it .

10. CONDENSER : What is a condenser : A condenser’s function is to allow high pressure and temperature refrigerant vapor to condense and eject heat . There are three main types : AIR COOLED , EVAPORATIVE , AND WATER-COOLED condenser. Mainly condenser is used to cool the refrigerant and to remove the heat : What are 4 uses of condenser : condenser are used in air conditioning , industrial chemical processes such as distillation , steam power plant , and other heat-exchange system.

Main function of conveyor belt : A conveyor belt’s function is to move object from point A to point B with minimal effort . The conveyor belt pace , direction curvature and size varies based on the needs of the user .

WEIGHING MACHINE : What is weighing machine : A truck scale (US) , weighbridge (non-US) or railroad scale is a large set of scales, usually mounted permanently on a concrete foundation , that is used to weigh entire rail or road vehicles and their contents. By weighing the vehicle both empty and when loaded , the load carried by the vehicle can be calculated . The total weight in G.C.G cold storage weighing machine was 17kg. The main function of weighing machine : To measure the weight of the content which is loaded by vehicle .

16. SOLENOIDE VALVE : What is solenoid valve : The refrigeration solenoid valve is a kind of solenoid valve used in refrigeration system . The working of refrigeration solenoid valve is to control and regulate the flow of refrigerant. Main function of solenoid valve : Their function is simply to turn refrigerant flow on and off . To regulate the movement of gas or liquid and eradicate the need for an engineer to manually control the valve , saving time and money .

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE: What is pressure relief valve :   A pressure relief valve is to control or limit surges of pressure within pipelines, acting as protection for the system, and defending against instrument or equipment failure. Main function of pressure relief valve : pressure relief valves are used to divert flow as the inlet pressure reaches the valve set pressure in order to maintain a pressure downstream .

Main function of control panel : controlling the temperature , humidity and other functions within your fridge .
