Successful collaboration requires a cooperative spirit and mutual respect. Employers look after the employees who are willing to work effectively in a team and collaborate with team by balancing their personal achievements. They communicate clearly, listen to the other people actively, taking the responsibility of the mistakes and respect and manage the diversity of the colleagues.

Communication Skills Making everyone to understand their point is a challenge. While working in a team, you can’t be afraid to put your perspective in front of all but also you can’t impose your perspective to everyone. These communication skills are essential collaboration skills .
Active listening: Active listening is attentively hearing the words and saying of the co-workers. It means to listen without judgment and making it sure that you are understanding what they are saying. If you don’t understand then ask some questions to understand it and try to summarize it what was said before rather the move on next .
