response, a note, or a chat or phone call transcript. Messages are grouped together
insources. (All UI reference to verbatim(s) changed to messages)
Source–Raw collection ofmessageswhich can grow over time
Dataset-User-defined group of similar sources, and will have a model associated with it
that's been trained on the data within that dataset
Taxonomy - Collection of all the labels applied to the verbatims in a dataset, structured in a
hierarchical manner. It can also refer to and include the entity types enabled in a dataset,
though these are organised in a flat hierarchy.
Project–Permissioned storage area within platform.Sourcesanddatasetsare both linked
to specific projects when they are created, and users must be part of a project to view any of
the data linked to it.
Model-Trained as users review messages within the platform. Every dataset has a Model
associated with it
