•Do managing recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
•Need to follow the SLA and adapt to requirement changes from IFG

RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)
Dedicated ETC's personnel that is in charge of the partial recruitment process and will have
quality engagement with client HR team also will comply to client policies and procedures.. Our
team will provide necessary reports in order to track progress and provide analysis and insight on
the on-going recruitment process.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct sourcing strategy to attract candidates
Conduct first interview with candidate
Review and make summary for selected candidate's profile
Conduct and facilitate Behavioral Interview (HR and User)
Conduct reference call for selected candidate
Conduct offering letter to candidate
Maintaining candidate's resignation from current company
Facilitate candidate's needs before on board
