Not all aspects of e-commerce are necessarily electronic, for example, after a customer makes a purchase, their item is shipped by post. E-Commerce is used by all types of businesses to sell all types of products, including clothing, toys, computers, electronic equipment, airline tickets, food, jewelry, books, and medicine.
