2. Introduction The operation of the Andhara Pradesh State Trading Corporation (APSTC) have been computerized by National Informatic Centre (NIC), Andhara Pradesh State Unit Hyderabad. This activity comprise comprised hardware procurement, installation, network installation in the campus of APSTC, systems study and Analysis, system, design, software development and implementation, and training handholding of the users. This project was successfully completed and is presently operations.

3. The Existing System APSTC is an approved terminal operator of Cargo Air Terminal Complex Hyderabad. It authorized to handle the work relating to export, import and unaccompanied cargo. APSTC cargo terminal complex has four major sections, Import godown Export godown unaccompanied Baggage (UB) godown Accounts section

4. Functions of APSTC As custodian of import Cargo , commerical and incomming unaccompanied baggage. Handing of the export cargo as well as outgoing unaccompanied baggage(personal effects).

5. Import of commerical Goods Unloading of cargo by airlines at hyderabad Airport. Transportation under customs escort and deposit of import godown of APSTC by airlines. Verification of goods against IGM/ air way by APSTC Customs clearnance of import cargo on the basic of documents prepared by importer/CHA(custom house agent) Raising of bill by APSTC for handling and other services. Preparation of gate pass and delivery of goods to importer by APSTC.

6. Export of commercial Goods Exporter deposits commercial cargo at export godown. Presentation of cargo for customs inspection / examination by APSTC on customs requisition. Customs clearnance of export cargo on the basic of documents prepared by exporter/CHA(custom house agent) Raising of bill by APSTC for handling and other services. Handling over of the exporter cargo to airlines under customs escort.
