15. Organization Structure and Manpower DoICT is the only organization under ICT Division which has office up to the sub-district level (556 field offices). All officers of DoICT are CSE/ICT graduate. It is recognized as the focal agency for the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. DoICT plays a key role in implementing digital initiatives and advancing ICT development up to the grassroot level.

Notable Achievement 01 Established Computer Lab 9001 Digital Labs in Different Educational Organization . 02 Established School of Future 300 School of Future and in each parliamentary constituencies. 03 Training for the government Official Trained over 40,000 government officials on E-Governance, Frontier Technology, Cyber Security. 04 Infrastructure Development Connected over 100,000 Government office, Hospital and Educational Institution with hight speed internet. 05 Freelancing Training Conducts Training program on Freelancing around the country every year. 06 Women Empowerment through Her Power Project Trained over 25 thousand women| Graphic Design, Web Development, Call Center Agent, E-Commerce

18. I work in two different positions Personal Secretary to the Director General Coordinate between DG’s office, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and help resolve implementation issues. Ensure smooth communication and execution of directives. Coordinate with 560 field-level IT Engineers nationwide. Oversee administrative tasks for effective ICT project delivery. Manage communication and resource flow to sub-district offices. Assist in aligning field operations with policy goals.
