9. NOW create your first
presentation!

10. OPEN POWERPOINT FROM
YOUR DESKTOP

11. Click "Blank Presentation"

12. It should look like this!

13. LEAVE IT PLAIN OR CHOOSE
FROM PREMADE DESIGNS

14. Click on "Click to add Title" to
edit your topic

15. Add a subtitle too if
you want!

16. GO TO HOME AND CLICK
"NEW SLIDE"

17. Start adding first topic!

18. ADD CONTENT BELOW

19. To create a table, go to "Insert"
You may insert table or draw table

20. Insert table should look like this.

21. Click and hold the bottom right circle on the
table. Drag to desired size.

22. TYPE IN THE CONTENT AND IT
SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS.

23. To add picture, go to new slide and click
"picture with caption"

24. CLICK THE ICON
TO ADD PICTURE

25. Go to folder and choose photo

26. CLICK INSERT

27. Then add caption as needed

28. CLICK "SECTION HEADER"
TO ADD NEW SECTION

29. Add new title

30. Change font

31. Click and drag cursor through text
to select

32. Scroll through and choose desired font

33. To increase or decrease font size

34. Click and drag cursor through text
choose increase A or decrease A

35. Make text bold

36. Click and drag cursor through text
and click B

37. Italicize text

38. Click and drag cursor through text
and click "I"

39. Underline text

40. Click and drag cursor
through text and click "U"

image as second

duration of animation

79. To lengthen or shorten time of
animation, adjust "Duration"

80. To play animation after a certain
amount of seconds, adjust "Delay"

82. Go to "Insert"

84. Click "Online Video"

85. Paste the URL of chosen video

86. Click "Insert"

87. Resize and drag video as needed

88. For local video, click
on "Video on My PC"

89. Click chosen video

90. Click "Insert"

91. Present your PowerPoint

92. Go to "Slide Show"

93. Click "From Beginning"

94. Your slide will be in full screen

95. Click on slide to go to next slide

96. Press "Esc" to exit and now
let's save you PowerPoint

97. Go to "File"

98. Click on "Save As"

99. Click "Browse"

100. Choose folder and click "Save"
