STATEWIDE PUBLIC SPACE
INITIATIVE GRANT
The U.S. Economic Development Administration
awarded $1 million to the North Dakota Departmentof
Commerce through EDA’s Statewide Planning program.
In partnership with the U.S. Economic Development
Administration, the Statewide Public SpaceInitiative
Grant is designed to catalyze the planning necessary to
enhance the statewide attraction ofbusinesses, the
promotion of economic activity, and the retention and
attraction of talented workers.
This will strengthen the economic resiliency across North
Dakota communities.
