crime investigation

O you who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you swerve, and if you distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted with all that you do. (Surah Nisa – Verse 135) 2

The Photographer, The Lover and The Story of Murderer The story of this relationship is one of attraction, of friendship,” describes, “One of passion, one of forbidden sex, one of abuse, and one of violence.”

The Murderer  Jodi Ann Arias was a blonde, beautiful, an aspiring photographer but a narcissist sociopath born on July 9th,1980. Raised by William and Sandra Arian in California. She had been in a long-distance relationship with Travis.

The Victim Travis Victor Alexander was a handsome, hard-working, practicing Mormon born on July 28th, 1977. Raised by David and Pamela Alexander. Travis was a salesman and motivational speaker for Pre-Paid Legal Services.

The Story Jodi Arias  met  Travis Alexander  in September of 2006 at a business convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two became friends right away, and in November of that same year,  Arias  was baptized into the Mormon faith,  Alexander’s  church. Several months later, the two were dating but had broken up in the summer of 2007, and Alexander began dating other women. Around the same time, Alexander even told to his friends that he believed Arias was stalking him, but the two continued a fragmented friendship. When Arias moved to California, they continued to communicate.

The SIN Travis Alexander was murdered by Jodi Arias while he was having a shower after copulation with her on Wednesday, June 4, 2008. At the time of the murder, Arias sustained 27 knife wounds and a gunshot to the head. His jugular vein, common carotid artery, and trachea had been slashed and that Alexander had defensive wounds on his hands. His death was ruled a homicide.

Investigation: On May 28, a burglary occurred at the residence of Arias' grandparents, with whom Arias was living. Among the missing objects was a .25-caliber automatic Colt pistol which was never recovered. This later became significant as a shell case from a spent .25 caliber round was found near Alexander's body at the murder scene.

Conti……. On June 2, several calls have been made between the couple which is as follow: Between 1 am and 3 am, Arias called Alexander four times. After 3:00 am, the first time for eighteen minutes, the second time for 41 minutes. At 4:03 am, Arias called Alexander back, and the call lasted two minutes, 48 seconds.

On June 2, at 8:04 am, Arias rented a car at Budget Rent a Car in Redding, California. She went to Utah for a PPL work conference and to meet with Ryan Burns, a PPL co-worker On June 3, Arias apparently set out for Salt Lake City by late evening.  On June 4, Alexander missed an important conference call. The following day Arias met one of his friends Ryan burns.  .

Burns later said he noticed Arias' formerly blonde hair was now dark brown, and she had cuts on her hands.  On June 6, she left Salt Lake City and drove west towards California  On June 7, Arias had been driven about (4,500 km). The rental clerk testified that the car was missing its floor mats and had red stains on its front and rear seats

On June 9, After not be able to meet Alexander, a few concerned friends of him went to his home and found large pools of blood in the hallway to the master bathroom, where his body was discovered in the shower

Police found his recently purchased digital camera damaged in the washing machine. Police were able to recover deleted images showing Arias and Alexander in sexually suggestive poses, taken at approximately 1:40 pm on June 4 The final photograph of Alexander alive, showing him in the shower, was taken at 5:29 pm that day. A bloody palm print was discovered along the wall in the bathroom hallway; it contained DNA from both Arias and Alexander.

On July 9, 2008, Arias's 28th birthday, she was arrested for the first-degree murder of her ex-boyfriend.  “Lying isn't typically something I just do. The lies I've told in this case can be tied directly back to either protecting Travis' reputation or my involvement in his death ... because I was very ashamed.” —Jodi Arias
