1 - Confident Antlia is one of the more ambitious projects from the Bengaluru-based Confident Group,
locatedbeside NH 207 that leads to Sarjapur, Bengaluru. Its vicinity to the Sarjapur Main road, makes it
easily accessible. Being strategically positioned between Electronic City and Whitefield;it is a convenient
location for people who work in the Electronic City. I have been fortunate to acquire a property in this
luxury enclave and its benefits have won me over. Since my workplace is nearby, this was my preferred
choice for residence.
2 - Confident Antlia project of Confident Group is well maintained and amenities are world class, making
it a great value for money property, to be owned in the heart of Bengaluru. The property is seven
storied and the apartments are extremely well planned out. Each apartment boasts of exquisite designs
that make you proud to own one.
3 - Confident Antlia offers two as well as three bedroom apartments. What I love about it is that in spite
of being located in a densely populated area, it is located amidst lush greenery and pristine lake bodies.
What more, there is also a sprawling, shimmery swimming pool set in the middle of the enclave; almost
all the apartments have a view overlooking this blue expanse of water from various vantage points. It
adds that added edge to fine living in the heart of the city. Glancing upon the lake from my room is one
of my favorite activities while at home- it makes me serene.
4 - Confident Antlia is high on privacy and security and flaunts great lighting and ventilation. Since I
always prefer large and airy bedrooms, I was happy with what Confident had to offer. Nowadays, most
modern day apartments feature bedrooms not spacious enough; not so at Confident Antlia. Here I was
lucky toget comfortably spacious bedrooms as well as bathrooms that are also well ventilated. Other
than that, you have the regular amenities such as gym, park, basket ball, swimming pool, table tennis, to
name a few. There is also a premium upcoming international resort featuring plush guest rooms, a
specialty multi – cuisine restaurant that offers a range of exciting cuisine, as well as conference halls.
