Altiva – Combining two Spanish words,
“Alta” (high) and “Viva” (To live).
Loosely translated, this means
the “high living”
Belmira - combining the French word “belle’
(beauty) and the Spanish word “mira.”
Loosely translated it means,

Celesta - Loosely coined from the Latin word, “heavenly”
The names are amalgamations of current or
common names from foreign languages and
the small twists made to them give each a
modern-sounding feel. The tower names are

Reasons behind the Cypress Towers’ names :
Cypress Towers sits on more than 10,700sqm of prime land. 60%
