Delivering a great
onboarding
experience
Swiggy’s delivery boys are the face of the
brand. Here’s how we helped them
understand brand Swiggy.
The project
⇢Challenge
→To provide a great onboarding experience for
Delivery Partners by motivational and informative
graphics in onboarding centres
⇢Strategy
→Leverage the existing positioning of ‘Ride to your
dreams’
→Build messaging that conveyed the ‘What’s in it
for me’ for the Delivery Partner
⇢Design
→The design scheme builds on the processes that
are used to train DPs. The design helps in creating
a sense of wayfinding and self-service
→Combination of informative (partner stories) and
engaging (cartoons) communication
→Installations across the centre to bring in a tactile
and interactive angle
→Essential posters in 8 different languages
⇢Outcome
→Great feedback from the DPs and other Swiggy
management

Interactive installations
⇢Installations like these combine printed
graphics with writeable whiteboard
panels; perfect to explain concepts
3D installations
⇢Life-size mannequins as part of wall
graphics and installations provide
unique perspectives and connect with
viewers
⇢Combining 3D objects with
background messaging is a great way
to build communication that sticks
Illustrations and infographics
Before
Custom-made murals
⇢Illustrations and murals were a part of
the strategy of visual communication
in these centres.
⇢The messaging was consistently about
helping Delivery Partners ‘Ride to their
dreams’
