Physical Fitness   - is your ability to carry out tasks without undue fatigue.

Physical Fitness   - is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. - is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.

Example: MHR = 220 – 11 (age) = 209 x 70% (70% to 85%) = 146 (146 to 178)

a Hand - eye coordination  is the  ability  to track the movements of the  hands  with the  eyes , thus enabling the  eyes  to send  important  signals to the brain about  hand  movement.
