2. ALL DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON PLAN & PROFILE DMWINGS ARE IN METERS.
3. ALL ANGULAR MEASUREI\,IENTS ARE IN DEGREES, l\4INUTES AND SECONDS (360' TO A CIRCLE).
4. EACH DMWING SHALL BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER DMWINGS.
5. CO.oRDINATES FOR SURVEY WERE REFERENCED IO THE SURVEY OF PMISTAN {SOP) BENCHMARKS LOCATED ALONG THE PROJECT

DURING THE EXECUTION OF WORK OR AS MAY BE DISCOVERED FROM THE STAKE OUT SURVEY. ALL SUCH CHANGES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE RELEVANT CONTRACT CONDITIONS.
13. THE LENGTHS, SLOPES ANO INVERT LEVELS OF CULVERTS, AS SHOWN IN SCHEDULE OF STRUCTURES ARE TENTATIVE. THE CONTMCTOR SHALL PREPARE SHOP DRAWINGS
AT EACH CULVERT LOCATION AND SHALL SUBIVIIT FOR APPROVAL TO THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO CONSTRUCT ALL TEMPOMRY TMFFIC DIVERSIONS BEFORE START OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROAD TO THE SATISFACTION OF
ENGINEER INCLUDING DETOUR ROAD AND ITS IVIAINT-ENANCE, SPRINKLING OF WATER, GRADING AND COI\4PACTION AS PER DIVERSION PLAN PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT AT HIS OWN COST.
15. RETAININGIBREAST/PARAPET WALLS, GUARD MILS, CONCRETE KERB STONES, FOOTPATHS, REFLECTIVE I\4IRRORS, PAVEMENT STUDS AND OTHER ANCILLARY ITEMS SHALL BE
PROVIDED AS PER DRAWINGS ORAS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER.
16. ANY ADJUSTI\,{ENT IN LAYOUT / LEVELS OF BRIDGES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED AT SITE, SHALL BE MADE AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ENGINEER.
17. WATER COURSES LINED OR UNLINED, WITHIN THE R.O.W. LIMITS SHALL BE RELOCATED BY THE CONTMCTOR AS PER SITE REQUIREMENTS AND DIRECTIONS OF THE ENGINEER,
18. EACH ITEM OF DJSIVIANTLEO IVIATERIAL FROIVI THE EXISTING ROAD SHALL BE AND MEASURED SEPARATELY IN CASE BASE MATERIAL FALLS OUT OF THE SPECIFICATION LIMITS,
IT SHALL BE MIXED AND REUSED IN THE PROJECT, OTHERWISE IT SHOULD BE HANDED OVER TO NHA AUTHORITIES BY THE CONTMCTOR.
19. SUBGRADE MATERIAL SHALL HAVE A MINIIUUM CBR OF 8% AT 95% M.D.D AASHTO T.180.
20. EMBANKMENT MATERIAL SHALL HAVE A MINlMUlvl CBR OF 8% AI95% l\,l.D.D AASHTO T-180. ZONES BELOW SUBGMDE SHALL BE CO|\4PACTED AS GIVEN lN THE SPECIFICATIONS.
21. THE EXISTING ASPHALTIC SURFACE WILL BE SCARIFIED TO THE DEPTH AND WIDIH AS REQUIRED/APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER AFTER SCARIFICATION, THE EXISTING
PAVEMENT STRUCTURE/MATERIAL SHALL BE PLOUGHED AND COI\,IPACTED UNDER ITEM .RE(REUSE OF EXISTING PAVEMENT IMATERIAL AS SUBBASE) AND IN LINE WITH THE GENEML
SPECIFICATION AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER
22. IF THE DIFFERENCE OF LEVELS BETWEEN THE PROPOSED P.G.L AND TOP OF EXISTING ROAD IS LESS THAN THE THICKNESS OF PAVEMENT (ASPHALT, AGGREGATE BASE
& SUBBASE). THE EXISTING ROAD WILL BE EXCAVATED TO A LEVEL SO THAT FULL THICKNESS OF PAVEMENT CAN BE LAID. EXPOSED SUBGMDE SHALL CONFORM
TO THE REQUIREIIIENTS OF SPECIFICATIONS OF ROAD IN CUT.
