THE DEFINITION OF DESCRIPTIVE TEXT Descriptive text is a text that explains what a person, place, or thing is like.

PURPOSE OF THE TEXT The purpose of descriptive text is to describe an object in detail it can be person , place, or thing.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE TEXT Identification : It contains about the introduction of a person, place, animal or object will be described . Description : It contains a description of something such as animal, things, place or person by de s cribing its features, forms, colors, or anything about the object.

Language Features of Descriptive Text: Adjective Ex : Shy, clever, friendly, tall…. Simple Present Tense E x : He always brush his teeth every day Adverb of frequency E x: often, always…..

He was born in Surabaya, on June 6, 1901. Soekarno’s hobby is singing in the bathroom. Soekarno and Moh . Hatta declared the independence and freedom of Indonesia on 17 August 1945. This declaration of independence makes them president and vice President of Indonesia.
