3. Problem Statement:- Nowadays Service industry growing very fast speedily in automobile sector service related to automobile servicing has very loop and holes. Automobile servicing is time consuming process and customer always need to wait for her or has car.

4. Introduction:- CAR WASHING IS AN ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. KEEPING THE EXTERIOR OF A VEHICLE CLEAN PREVENT RUST, OXIDATION AND ALSO REDUCES THE OCCURRENCE OF FINE SCRATCHES. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO PERFORM EXTERIOR CAR WASHING AUTOMATICALLY USING PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER INTEGRATED WITH PLC SENDS INFORMATION LIKE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE OF VEHICLE

7. Methodology In the project, programmable logic controller (Arduino), using which we have controlled all the parameters of this project . Software & Automated tools (equipment's) used in current project do washing car automatically using conveyor assembly in it . The conveyor assembly that we have used is for moving the car . At first station car is wash fully, and detergent is spray on it. At second station buffing as well as washing is done. Now in last station drying is done with the help of compressed air.
