1. Development Mapping Exercise – Round Two The 2nd phase of Host Community Mapping exercise has been started by UNDP and ISCG. This exercise started in October 2023 after consultations with District and Upazilla level Administrations. Purpose of the Exercise Mapping out development projects outside of the Joint Response Plan occurring in local communities and establishing a tracking dashboard . Enhance development coordination by leveraging partner's geographical locations and range of activities. To assist in advocacy efforts and collaborate with partners to hold yearly community consultations and coordinate Annual Development Plans with the DDGP.

2. Targeted Upazillas for the Round Two : Sadar Upazilla Ramu Pekua - Chakoria Eidgaon Moheskhali Kutubdia

3. Updates on Round Two Conducted coordination meetings with each Union Parishad at the upazila level and initiated the official process of Development Mapping. A compilation list of NGOs working in these upazilas has been developed. In addition to microfinance organizations, funded development projects are also being carried out by : 24 international non-governmental organizations 47 non-governmental organizations 05 UN organizations
