RESULTS System's complete functionality and features shown Digitization of PPCR + Centralized system for admin 3 beginners, 4 intermediates, and 1 advanced user Participants had mostly rarely/zero experience SUS scores ranged from 55 to 85 Lower scores associated with beginner proficiency Higher scores with intermediate/advanced proficiency

7. DISCUSSIONS Beginners faced task completion difficulties Intermediates & Advanced users completed tasks efficiently

8. CONCLUSIONS The system simplifies EMS operations—improves patient handovers, and supports LGU data-driven risk management, advancing emergency response efficiency

9. RECOMMENDATIONS Provide comprehensive training sessions & user support Refining aspects of visual elements System flow enhancement Adding a crucial file status indicator
