Part A of Dholera International Airport:
Part A of the Dholera International Airport involves the development of two major runways
— one measuring 3,200 meters in length, and the second extending up to 4,000 meters. These
runways are designed to accommodate future air traffic, including large aircraft such as 4E
category planes, which are essential for international flights and business travel.
Other critical developments in this phase include a parallel taxiway, an apron, and various
commercial amenities, such as hotels and retail outlets. The estimated construction cost for
Part A stands at INR 636 crore, with a construction area covering 406,875 square feet. The
civil works for this part of the project are being carried out by Varaha Infra Ltd, a reputable
construction company.
As of September 2024, the foundational work is nearing completion, and structural
development has begun on several parts of the project site.

The development of Part A will also include support infrastructure, such as an isolation bay,
fire stations, and parking facilities for airplanes. Once completed, this part of the airport will
cater to both domestic and international flights, providing comprehensive services to
passengers and businesses alike.
Part B of Dholera International Airport:
Part B of the airport project, awarded to Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt Ltd,
focuses on the construction of a new, integrated passenger terminal building. This building
will span an estimated 20,000 square meters and will include a basement, a ground floor,
and a first-floor level. In addition, this phase will see the development of essential
infrastructure like a technical block, a cargo complex, and an electrical substation.
The ATC (Air Traffic Control) Tower, which will feature G+9 floors, is also part of this
phase of the project. The total cost for Part B is projected to be INR 333 crore. As of
