The need for tiny homes In many countries, people live in large, overcrowded cities. Space is often precious and highly limited C ompact dwellings which cater to different needs and purposes are required C ompact dwellings need to make good use of the limited space; creative space saving designs are necessary An example of compact dwellings is student accommodation at universities. This type of housing is built with the purpose of housing for students while they study. The apartments are usually small in size and require clever design to utilize space in an effective way – whilst catering for all of the needs of the occupant

For this assessment you will apply the design process to develop a solution to the BRIEF. You will document the process in your sketchbook and reflect and evaluate your work as you progress through annotations and peer/self-evaluation at the conclusion.
